About Shared Branching
Shared Branching is a network of cooperating credit unions who allow their members to conduct transactions at any participating branch location. As a participant in the CO-OP Shared Branch network, HEFCU members can access their accounts at more than 5,000 locations nationwide. You can conduct routine transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers between HEFCU accounts. Many Shared Branch locations also offer money order and cashier check purchases for a fee.
When visiting a Shared Branch location, you will need your HEFCU membership number and a valid photo ID.
*Please note that there may be costs associated with certain services and transactions. Refer to our current Fee Schedule.
Fee-Free ATM Access
HEFCU participates in several surcharge-free ATM networks, to provide you convenient access to your cash, wherever life may take you. When you withdraw at a participating ATM in the CO-OP, AllPoint or CULIANCE network, you won't be charged a fee by HEFCU or the ATM owner.
