eZCard implements Multi-Factor Authentication:
Please note that the eZCard site will implement a Multi-Factor Authentication by mid-November. A One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be required for you to enroll/access eZCardInfo. The OTP will be sent to a telephone number you have on file in their system, via a phone call or SMS text.
Prior to implementation, you will need to view your current contact information within the eZCard site, under Account Services/My Profile/Contact Information. If the phone number listed is no longer valid, you will need to contact the credit union at 609-951-0700, option 3 so that we may update your contact information. It is important that we have the most up to date contact information. Failure to do so may prevent you from accessing the eZCard site after Multi-Factor Authentication is in place.
