In addition to our Toll-Free 24-Hour Bank-by-Phone system, HEFCU has a full range of FREE, secure, online services to offer our members!  Any one of our representatives will be able to assist you with any questions or concerns during our normal business hours at 1-800-624-3312.

Please be aware that Microsoft has officially stopped releasing general security updates for Internet Explorer 10.0 (IE 10) and our vendor will officially cease support for IE 10 with the recent makeover.  With that, we cannot guarantee our online banking will view properly.  We strongly encourage you to upgrade your browser as soon as possible.

Online Banking

HEFCU@Home, our online banking solution, allows our members to view your account balances, transfer between HEFCU accounts, view transaction history, make HEFCU loan payments, AND access your eStatements all with one sign-on!  Online Banking Customer Service is available 24/7 at 1-888-634-8733.  Enroll in Online Banking and follow the prompts to register for this FREE service.

Electronic Bill Payment

Through our online banking service, you can pay your bills from the comfort of your computer, 24/7.  No more writing checks or buying stamps!  Bill payments are automatically deducted from your HEFCU Share Draft/Checking Account.  Bill Pay Customer Service is available Monday-Friday, 7:30am-2am EST at 1-877-260-0064 or via a live chat when you are logged in.

Mobile Check Deposit

We now offer mobile check deposit through our mobile app.  This is a secure and easy way to deposit a check using your smartphone or tablet (must have a camera).  Once you have the app downloaded onto your mobile device, select the account you want to deposit to, snap a picture, and submit your checks for deposit–how convenient!  All checks deposited after 4pm ET, will be viewed the next business day and all deposits have a 3-day hold automatically placed.


Once you register for eStatements, you no longer have to wait for a statement in the mail.  You will be able to access your statement as soon as the notification arrives in your inbox.  This service is FREE, fast, convenient, and secure!  Register now!

Mobile App*

HEFCU now offers a Free Mobile App* you can download to your mobile device to make it even easier to connect with your HEFCU accounts.  You can view your accounts, pay bills, deposit checks, find an ATM or branch, and much more.  To download the app, go to the app store on your mobile device and search for ‘HEFCU Mobile’ to begin enjoying HEFCU from the comfort of your palm!

We are excited to announce that we are currently upgrading our mobile banking application. In addition to upgrading our mobile app, we will also be updating the number used for text banking. These changes will occur on April 13, 2021.

What this means to you:

iPhone Users:

Once the new app is made available in the AppStore for download, the next time you launch the app, the new app will automatically replace the old version with the new version. You may need to uninstall/reinstall your existing app in order to begin using the newest app. If you previously had face/fingerprint recognition enabled, you will need to re-enable. You will also need to agree to the new Terms and Conditions to continue using our app.

Android Users:

Android users will be required to remove the old app and download the new version from the Google PlayStore. If you previously had face/fingerprint recognition enabled, you will need to re-enable. You will also need to agree to the new Terms and Conditions to continue using our app.

Any user who attempts to access the old app will receive an error message.

Effective 4/13/21, all online banking text messages will be delivered to your mobile phone from the following number: +1 201-690-2942.
