Update – Week of March 30
As we continue to monitor the situation and want to provide financial services to our members all the while keeping our staff and visitors safe, we are now operating with a brand new walk-up window.  We are asking all members to fill out any forms they may need in the vestibule (one person at a time please) and then complete their transaction at the walk-up window.

Our call center is still functioning and representatives can assist you over the phone at 800-624-3312, option 2.

Please accept our sincere gratitude as we work through these trying times.

IMPORTANT (updated March 24, 2020)
On March 24 and 25, 2020, due to staff shortage, our Princeton office lobby will be closed.  Our call center is still functioning and representatives can assist you over the phone at 800-624-3312, option 2.

Updated March 20, 2020

Effective Immediately
For the safety of our employees and members, the following procedures are being implemented for in-branch transactions:

  • Only one member will be permitted in our lobby at a time
  • Please call 1-800-624-3312, option 2, to speak with a representative
  • Our lobby in Mt. Holly and Princeton will close at 4pm each day; our call center will remain open until 4:30
  • We are asking employees to stay home if they are experiencing a fever, cough, or shortness of breath; we also ask members exhibiting any symptoms utilize Online/Mobile Banking, Call-24 (800-551-3001), or our Call Center (800-624-3312).

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.

HEFCU is committed to keeping our employees and members informed and safe.  HEFCU was formed with healthcare at the core.  As a normal part of our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning, HEFCU has pandemic response plans and procedures in place in case we ever need to use them.

Online Services
We would like to take this time to encourage our members to access your accounts from home at any time of the day or night using HEFCU@Home, our online banking platform, or our HEFCU mobile app.  You can check your balances, make payments, transfer funds, deposit checks, or find the nearest ATM.

Applying for a loan can be done online as well.  Once the application is approved, we are very capable of completing the closing via e-Sign so there is no need to come to the office.

We also offer our 24-hour Bank-by-Phone (800-551-3001) for you to check your balances, make transfers, or request a withdrawal.  And both our loan and member service departments are available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Having access to your funds is critical and we encourage you to have a HEFCU Share Draft Checking Account along with our VISA Debit Card; you can also opt for an ATM-only card attached to your Share Savings account.
