Director of Marketing/New Business Development -- Individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Credit Union’s marketing and public relations plan. Related bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in areas of market needs assessment and business development required. Advanced degree preferred. Ideal candidate must have experience conducting market research, identifying customer needs and developing strategies and plans to implement product/service delivery. Additionally, must be self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities will also include selling to potential new employer groups and handling employee presentations. Some in state travel required.
